Yeah, because the left isn't scheming ways of negating the SC or upping it's numbers and loading it with liberal commies.

The liberal commies are the ones who keep uholding hate speech as constitutional. In the last hate speech case before the court the only judge to try and limit it was Alito.

Actually, there was another case in 2017 that came before the court regarding hate speech. The ruling on that case was 9-0. The court can't agree on anything but on hate speech they are line in the sand saying it is protected, liberal and conservative.

The problem is women in government. The more they come to dominate it, the more they will try to turn the country into a daycare center.

At a more basic level, it's the inevitable result of our culture treating women like children. They go their whole lives without understanding the consequences of their actions, which we protect them from.

I think it's the level and number of subjects that are being encompassed by their laws that is the problem now.

I disagree with "hate speech" laws but if they were narrowly tailored and employed, it would be one thing.

However, using it to cover instances like above makes it tyrannical. It's an easy way for a group to suppress other groups.
