No idea why the rest of the country thinks we are making stuff up. What is going on at the border is a treasonous offense that every serving member of our government should be hanged for allowing. All of them.

They don't understand the concept of 1000s of people showing up to your community and draining resources that haven been taxed or accounted for.

I'm in no way against immigration, but the way it's happening is unsustainable to foist upon one area and expect them to maintain it for years.

Politically, I agree with what Abbott is doing and obviously the people of NYC and Martha's Vinyard didn't like it, which is the point.

What I don't like is playing pawns with living people.

I don't give a **** about playing pawns with living people anymore. The left does it every second of every day. Hell they do it with dead people. The reality is anyone that steps in the river should be shot if they don't come across legally at a point of entry. The end. It actually wouldn't take but a few hits before it was stopped. We killed several hundred thousand Japanese civilians to save hundreds of thousands to even millions from a mainland assault. Yet we don't have the stomach to shoot a few aggressors to put a stop to a full on invasion of military aged men crossing our border. Walking across with orders in their pockets. I live 50 miles from the river and have never been a worry wart. I am now. I've got guns loaded and ready sitting at all corners of the house. That's bull*****

You're misinterpreting the motivation. It is a solution for the left. All of these immigrants are economic immigrants. And they are expected/proven leftist voters. In other words, they ARE the solution to them.

The US Immigration policy is in need of an overhaul, but we must allow the Border Patrol to stop people from crossing illegally first. A good starting point for the US Congress would be to crackdown on illegal employment. Economic opportunity is the main force driving migration. Therefore, since illegal employment is a magnet for illegal immigration, it only makes sense that the United States government must find ways to take that magnet away. We must continue to step up work site enforcement, which requires Congress to fund more law enforcement positions for ICE to actually investigate companies across the nation. But first and foremost, E-Verify needs to be mandatory.

The United States Government provides welfare and a whole black market web of payments that normal working people can't figure out how to access and don't want to because it is socialistic. People should be executed for this TBH. Not only are they aiding in a massive invasion, they are killing women, children, babies. And these policies will have long lasting effects on the country and innocent people will be killed as a result.
