Yes, I found him to be very accessible for both lawyers and laypersons. And his presentations are solidly backed with documents, interviews, etc. as you noted.

I found him by accident when I was doing some research on elections in AZ in 2020 and then 2022 since he's based in AZ. He has tightened up his livestreams within that time, making them more linear and succinct. Are those our only options? 1) Believe everything said about HB and Sr and all connections or 2) Not believe it because you are an America Hating communist, or 3) Not believe it because you are brainwashed? There's no gray area for the first?
This seems to be the approach these days...You can't be on the right if you remotely question any part of everything we believe (whether its the Biden impeachment, Trump sham investigation, Paxton sham impeachment, 2020 election stolen, etc). Not familiar with the Hatch Act but in 5 CFR 2635.702 the President and Vice President are excluded only from

• Part b (b) Appearance of governmental sanction
• Part c (c) Endorsements.

I would presume the President and VP President would still be under the provisions of Part d

• (d) Performance of official duties affecting a private interest. To ensure that the performance of his official duties does not give rise to an appearance of use of public office for private gain or of giving preferential treatment, an employee whose duties would affect the financial interests of a friend, relative or person with whom he is affiliated in a nongovernmental capacity shall comply with any applicable requirements of 2635.502.
