Reading his quotes in that article I don't see what you could be finding objectionable. Watching stuff he filmed 30 years ago, he sees certain things that haven't aged well. He's discussing that experience with other people who were kid sitcom stars at the same time and have had similar experiences. None of them are calling anyone out. There is no attempt to cancel.

Just trying to cover his bases in case he career comes back from the dead. Nothing to see here....pathetic...but nothing to see here.

Damn I hate this crap. All of the great HS movies are just dead now and could never be made. Fast Times, Breakfast Club, and my personal favorite and peak "never could be made again" is Heathers which I personally related the most with HS wise with the Power Clique and just no mercy about anything while we laughed at the Boomer teachers who were so soft.

Did you see what they did to "Fresh Prince?" They turned it from a funny fish-out-of-water show to a woke prech fest about "privilege" that exactly nobody wanted to watch…

He didn't start his own podcast. He was a guest on "Pod Meets World," which features three of the cast members from "Boy Meets World."

My kids loved "Boy Meets World" and I've listened to a couple of episodes of the podcast. It's actually not bad. On one episode I heard, the hosts were talking about ancillary income that TV stars make today that no one thought about back then. It was an interesting perspective.

I like the way Doug Ellin, the creator of "Entourage," handles critics on his podcast. He just calmly explains that "Entourage" was written and created at a certain time, and it was a reflection of how people acted and spoke at that moment. If it were made today, it would reflect the current zeitgeist.

But he doesn't apologize at all for the language and content.
