Cameras in SE London have been disabled/destroyed or stolen as the Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) is due to come into force on August 29.

Blade Runners are determined to block the government's monitoring process.

Interested in how little pollution San Diego has for a city of its size.
I thinbk it has more so to do with the fact that it's in close proximity to Tijauana and the border with Mexico. It's quite possible the data represented is skewed data. More than likely the images over Tijuana might now fit their narrative/political agenda....
