Trump should've done this. MJ being scheduled higher than Meth is stupid and would've been a super easy pre-election fix which would've provided a black approval bump. Hate to see team blue score points which could've been had effortlessly by team red.

Just be glad they don't relegate it to the status of tobacco because of carcinogens related to incendiation. Then you would really be on California's sh**list with celebrities calling for banning pot.

If Marijuana can just be changed to schedule 3 by a few unelected bureaucrats, then why can't those same bureaucrats make alcohol schedule 3 without a constitutional ammendment?

I have a medical card in CO. Still blows my mind that rec isn't legal nationwide. The personal medical benefits have been resounding and even changed my parents views on cannabis.
