The only time I recall these types of predictions panning out were back when the Dems were pushing gay marriage in the 90s and a larger number of Hispanic and AA voters than usual voted for the Reps. Every other time the predicted shift never materialized.

Admittedly, I only have a handful of black friends, but 100% of them are Republicans and when they talk politics, they say there's a bunch of folks (all ages) that are just like them.

Biden got nearly 60% of white college educated women last time (and 50% of white college educated men). That remains the biggest weakness.

White college educated, blacks, Latinos and Asians make up 54% of the electorate. And Trump polls at 35% with this group as a whole.

My point was that even combined rural and black voters only make up 30% of the electorate. The other 70% matter a great deal more. Rural voters will be 75-80% Trump and black voters will be 80-90% against Trump. They basically offset regardless.

To answer the OP question, probably not. There are 95% of them that only ever vote every 4 years in the POTUS election and they will go in like Pavlov's dog and pull the lever for D.


Any minority, POC, legal immigrant, or female (that is a woman, by the way) that votes D has not clearly thought about their vote and the policies and ramifications of the ideology they are voting for, IMHO.
