Figured it would be good to discuss the actual indictment since there are lots of accusation by the left and CMS and those afflicted with permanent TDS that all those criticizing the indictment have not read the indictment. So let's go act by act through Fanj Willis's book of fiction.
Act 1 of 161
Act 2 of 161
Act 2 (maybe 3) of 161
Act 4 of 161
Need to do some actual income producing work. But hopefully begins to give stable minded people an idea of just how far gone those cheering this on have departed from reality and sanity.
Act 1 of 161
This one is pretty funny from the start. Here Willis contends that the grand conspiracy to claim a fraudulent election actually began BEFORE the election on October 31, 2020. This is based on Trump drafting a victory speech and reviewing it with a co-conspirator. Seems legit.Quote:
Act 2 of 161
Another gem. Big Bad Rudy G, the man who took down the mob, left a criminally long voicemail saying he was concerned about voter fraud. Damning to say the least.Quote:
Act 2 (maybe 3) of 161
I remember when Trump attorneys were criticized for minor spelling issues and other syntax errors in their official filings, but let's look past the poor labeling. Here Ms Willis is pointing to a press conference where the Trump campaign and its illustrious group of co-conspirators made false statements. Note it does not say "knowingly" made false statements. Just false statements. Seems like a free speech defense implodes this.Quote:
Act 4 of 161
Here that villain David Shafer asked an unnamed co-conspirator to exchange contact info bail bondsman(!!) to "help him as needed" to look into the election. Obviously in an attempt to commit racketeering crimes.Quote:
