Figured it would be good to discuss the actual indictment since there are lots of accusation by the left and CMS and those afflicted with permanent TDS that all those criticizing the indictment have not read the indictment. So let's go act by act through Fanj Willis's book of fiction.

Act 1 of 161
Quote:

This one is pretty funny from the start. Here Willis contends that the grand conspiracy to claim a fraudulent election actually began BEFORE the election on October 31, 2020. This is based on Trump drafting a victory speech and reviewing it with a co-conspirator. Seems legit.

Act 2 of 161
Quote:

Another gem. Big Bad Rudy G, the man who took down the mob, left a criminally long voicemail saying he was concerned about voter fraud. Damning to say the least.

Act 2 (maybe 3) of 161
Quote:

I remember when Trump attorneys were criticized for minor spelling issues and other syntax errors in their official filings, but let's look past the poor labeling. Here Ms Willis is pointing to a press conference where the Trump campaign and its illustrious group of co-conspirators made false statements. Note it does not say "knowingly" made false statements. Just false statements. Seems like a free speech defense implodes this.

Act 4 of 161
Quote:

Here that villain David Shafer asked an unnamed co-conspirator to exchange contact info bail bondsman(!!) to "help him as needed" to look into the election. Obviously in an attempt to commit racketeering crimes.

Need to do some actual income producing work. But hopefully begins to give stable minded people an idea of just how far gone those cheering this on have departed from reality and sanity.

Disagreement with leftist narratives is becoming criminalized.

That won't lead to terrible things….

Act 5 of 161...
Quote:

Clandestine meeting in the Oval Office where Trump made allegedly false statement in discussing the election. Rudy G joined by teleconference where they furthered the racketeering by claiming that maybe the Michigan results should be looked into.

Act 6 of 161
Quote:

Mark Meadows, undoubtedly trying to commit treason but certainly in furtherance of a conspiracy, asked for a phone number so POTUS could call someone.

Act 7 of 161
Quote:

May be the first indication of what the supposed conspiracy is about, here Rudy called AZ speaker of the house and asked questions and allegedly solicited and harassed them to appoint an alternate slate of electors, a supposed crime that has been committed in every recent Presidential election, usually at the behest of Democrats. Extra evidence of this by the AZ speaker testifying that he refused.

Act 8 of 161
Quote:

Rudy G and Jenna now discussing alternate electors for Pennsylvania with Trump joining by phone call. Again committing offenses the Dems have done in every recent election they have lost at the Presidential level.

So far we have 8 acts, only 2 of which have anything related to seeking alternate electors and the rest being wholly within 1st amendment protections on speech.

Act 9 of 161
Quote:

This one is sort of interesting. The act of furtherance of conspiracy here involved Rudy and Jenna meeting with PA legislators and by Ms Willis's own indictment they spoke and PRESENTED WITNESSES. DJT then further furthering the furtherance of conspiracy invited some of these folks back to the White House to discuss the overtly clandestine operation to encourage the PA lege to hold a special assembly.

Act 10 of 161
Quote:

Another Rudy and Jenna leaving a voicemail for speaker of the PA house and allegedly soliciting, requesting and harassing them to unlawfully appoint electors.

Act 11 of 161
Quote:

Same as above except the Turkey Day voicemail in this act was for the Senate Pro Tempore in the PA lege.

Act 12 of 161
Quote:

Evidently Cutler never called back, so this is a follow-up voicemail to Act 10.

Act 12(13?) of 161
Quote:

Evidently the "3" key was broke by the person who does know how to use the clerk uploading system, since the racist DA didn't learnt how or care to be bothered with such oppressive technology.

This is a follow-up to Act 11 except it appears this time they reached Corman watching football on Friday.

Important note regarding the voicemails. This seems like something that if they contained truly damaging or criminal type information, I think they would have been leaked by now.

Was Act 1 written by SNL writers? Even if true, nothing stated in that snippet is illegal.

In lib world, it is criminal to draft a victory speech before the election. One must wait until FNC calls Arizona for Biden with 0.00054% of the vote in and at that moment, Trump needed to write and deliver his concession speech. Anything less than that is furtherance of a conspirancy.

According to legal scholar Fanj Willis.

Technically these are just the book of acts supporting the charges. Be patient, I still have 150 more to go through.

I do encourage folks to read. I figured if I was going to read, I would chop it up and give some commentary.

Act 14 of 161
Quote:

Evidently Rudy and Jenna having failed in their overt act in the furtherance of conspiracy, Trump decides to make the phone call himself to the PA senate pro tempore.

Act 15 of 161
Quote:

Rudy left another voicemail for Cutler, PA speaker of the house.

Act 16 of 161
Quote:

Persistent little cuss he is, Rudy has now left a 4th message over 4 days to Cutler.

Act 17 of 161
Quote:

Rudy and Jenna have moved on to AZ at this point and tried to strong arm then into a fake slate of electors. Trump joined by phone call and exercised his 1st amendment write by saying he believes there were issues with the election (allegedly he said these things).

Act 18 of 161
Quote:

Act 18 introduces us to Michael Roman, longtime R operative who at one point worked for the evil right-wing Koch brothers and had the audacity to question election nefariousness even before the 2020 election. It appears he overtly furthered the conspiracy by coordinating an effort to call state legislators in Georgie.

Act 19 of 161
Quote:

Here we are introduced to John McEntee, who has a bit of a sketch past within the White House being fired previously for supposed gambling problems then rehired by Trump and serving as a sort of lackey and personnel enforcer. This would be a good place for CMs and TDS folks to complain about who Trump allows close to him. As dumb as it may have been to have McEntee around, not sure anything alleged in this act qualifies as criminal behavior.

Act 20 of 161
Quote:

Rudy and Jenna meeting gain with AZ state lege folks and Rudy allegedly making false statements about the election (statements that to date have not been proven false just - nor have the been proven true).

Act 21 of 161
Quote:

Same concept as Act 20, but now its regarding Michigan.

Act 22 of 161
Quote:

This is a great one. Trump caused to be tweeted the above, An obvious and overt act in furtherance of conspiracy. Seems like informing folks about the Georgia hearings on election and saying "Amazing!" is now evidence of a criminal conspiracy.

Acts 23, 24 and 25 of 161 reference actual Georgia laws that were allegedly violated. I am not a lawyer so I am going to hold on opining or summarizing these. Below are the Acts.
