The judge had warned him before and followed through with it. He was on his very last chance to stay out of jail after previously being caught using VPNs and unauthorized devices.

This going to end up one of two ways. He either gets off very easily because he's still useful to Dems, or he's getting Epstein'd. I think if he was going to get knocked off, it would've already happened by now.

No way justice is served in this case with a long prison sentence. Maybe I'm wrong but I just don't see it.

He bought the Senate majority for the Democrats. He won't get much prison time and will be well protected while there.

He was also giving undercover deep dive information to a reporter that he wasn't even supposed to have access to.

He leaked the private writings of his codefendant and former girlfriend. He gave the New York Times reporter Google Drive documents which included her private writings. The only way he'd have to access to them would be by violating the court order. The documents are potentially embarrassing to her. She is set to testify against him.
