I don't know, but we are feelin it. I know we're all supposed to be millionaires on here on-pace for retirement by the age of 45, so it's kind of embarrassing to admit, but this family of three is feeling the sting, I must admit. Basically feels like we are paying an extra car note each month compared to how things used to be a short while ago, only without the nice extra car. And we are relatively fortunate. I honestly have no clue how so many are getting by. All of the people living paycheck to paycheck or just wondering how they're gonna make rent...at what point does this all bubble over?
My bowl of pho at lunch was just $13.65 after tax. I swear just a couple years ago it was like $7.50-$8.00. Feels like the cost of literally everything and every service has gone up substantially...but we had layoffs and reduced bonuses and freezes on any raises last year.
