It was certainly a distraction but, if your country can get toppled by a guy wearing a Viking hat and a loincloth, your country deserves to get toppled.

Pelosi and Milley were behind the NG not being present. And the FBI ran an operation to instigate and encourage what violence occurred. All part of selling the right as violent and that Trump encouraged it. It was the icing on the cake of a fraudulent election.

People need to take a very close look at the timeline of the day with regards to media reports and Democrat press releases and the emergence of the insurrection narrative. It had the appearance of careful orchestration to frame the event in a specific political and legal context.

They can't win arguments on issues of policy, so they spread the Dem talking points. Trump never encouraged violence on 1/6. He told protesters to be peaceful.

But the Dem loyalists lie and say he did, just like when they were told to spread the lies that Trump called the white supremacists in Charlottesville "very fine people" - when the transcript clearly shows he denounced the white supremacists and ANTIFA fringe crazies first, and then said the peaceful protesters for the statue on both sides of the argument were "very fine people".
