First, I do not believe that Ag generates 33% of all CO2 emissions. I think that is a completely made up statistic or it includes everything that can possibly be associated with Agriculture like having the lights on in the Grocery Store where the vegetables are sold.

Second, it sounds to me like he is suggesting reducing food production around the planet. Yet, Dems/Libs routinely weep about all the poor and hungry children around the world. Every year we read about draughts and crop failures and entire countries starving because of them. In this world food shortages are a regular thing. Yet this jerk wants to reduce food production around the world. What a complete *******.

Sadly almost half the people in this country will support this because they are stupid and have never actually been really hungry.

Back to the question I always ask. What are we worried about with climate change? I would think concerns about lower food production and less access to energy would be at the top of the list; you know, the things that sustain our lives daily. A common theme we see with the religions of covid and climate change is the public affirmation of faith.

I've been thinking about this, and the more I think about it the more im convinced that Biden should simply create the 'Climate Force' in the same way that Trump created the space force. It would have a number of outstanding benefits:

• be able to siphon money from the defense budget with little to no oversight from the existing establishment.
• Establish a new branch of the military that would generate interest and reach to a large percentage of the youth that would like to dedicate their time and efforts to combating climate change.
• This would also have the added benefit of adding left wing concepts to the military, so future voters would not all heavily trend to the right.
• The climate force would be a drop in force that could combat lots of scenarios ( wild fires, floods etc) that we are generally unprepared to deal with.
• Climate force enlisted would have the same GI Bill rights, which would solve a large education funding problem that exists.
