This comment is insanity. Wackiness and gullibility on a magnificent scale.

Just wow.

Statements like this should be a lesson to those of us on the right - it is futile to try to debate or talk sense to someone this deluded. The brainwashing seems complete and irreversible with this one and many others on this board.

The OSHA vaccine mandate case was brought before the 5th circuit on November 4th 2021. They court blocked the implementation on November 7th 2021.

Voluntary forced vaccinations in the United States began on December 14, 2020.

During that time, hundreds of thousands were forced to comply or quit their jobs.

So It took the courts almost a year to decide that giving employees a Hobson's choice of being mandated to inject an experimental vaccine into their body or be fired from their job.

The power grab of foreclosing legal recourse for vaccine injuries has, to my knowledge, never been dealt with. Nor has the restrictions on freedom of assembly, freedom of commerce, or restrictions on freedom to travel been dealt with.

Point is, the court system was minutes away when seconds count.

Also took a year for the SC to rule that the CDC had no jurisdiction over rent control.

No case. That's when the vaccine got rolled out and it took a full 11-months from that point to get dealt with.

And even at that, it didn't get dealt with as much as it should have got dealt with, leaving the door open for even more ****ery at a later date. To which we will all live to regret in the near future.

In other words, from the time the Americans rolled up to the gates of Auschwitz it would have taken the modern day court system 11-months to sign off on a warrant.

To summarize…

Poster thinks the 5th circuit will take a long time to act since they took forever with a covid mandate.

Poster is told that it took the 5th circuit 3 days to rule against the mandate case before them

Poster is mad the 5th circuit didn't rule on a case that didn't exist

What evidence are you looking for?

Are you looking for the evidence of a "climate crisis"? Because the evidence for that does not exist. Just ask John Kerry and Al Gore, who fly around on private jets. Or ask Obama and Pelosi, who are so concerned about climate change that they both currently have beachfront property mansions.

The OP made the claim that the Biden admin was preparing to invoke emergency powers because of a climate crises and OP used the musings of a lobbyist as evidence.

I would like to see some real evidence of that claim and not just go off of the musings of a lobbyist.

Is that too much to ask? Should I just go ahead and accept it as truth?

Schumer calls for Biden to declare climate emergency BY JORDAIN CARNEY - 01/25/21 10:51 PM ET
Quote from the article (note the date 2021)
  • Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) said on Monday night that President Biden should consider declaring an emergency when it comes to the climate.
IMHO this crap has been in the works for quite some time. The deeper the abyss the Biden crime syndicate sinks into, the more likely these "emergencies" become more prevalent.

edit for clarity
Among the latter, under pretence of governing they have divided their nations into two classes, wolves and sheep.”

Dems/Libs made out great during the Lockdowns. Lots of Mayors and Governors had lots of power and used it to punish their enemies and enrich their friends which means the Mayors and Governors got rich too. Many Business men invested in everything from PPE to Vaxes to vacant businesses and homes. They were also very generous to the Dems/Libs. Many others got Gov Loans that would be forgiven or were allowed to stay open as essential businesses while their competitors were forced to close and possibly go out of business. They all paid the Dems/Libs handsomely in return.

The lockdowns were fantastic to those that knew the right people, primarily Dems/Libs, and were able to position themselves accordingly. So I am sure that they will try to shut it all down again very soon.

Sadly almost half the people in this country will support another round of shutdowns because they are jerks that do not care how badly it hurts people or the country.

Every depopulation or reset of Earth has occurred due to natural cataclysm either massive volcano eruption or large rock from space hitting Earth. CO2 emissions is not going to reset the population. Otherwise, the millions of fires burning and trillions of livestock farts would have reset sometime during 18th and 19th centuries.
