Yes she is just lying.

black men are 6% of the population and account for 65% of VIOLENT crime.

If you look closer at the age (exclude too young, too old) it is closer to 3% of the population accounting for 65% of violent crime.

Those are astounding statistics.

Got stuck working in Minneapolis-St Paul for almost 6 months....They're REALLY dumb. Walmarts there are employing most of the Somali immigrants, it seemed.

I really don't know. According the the US Census, her district is 62% white non-Hispanic, 17% black, median household income of $69k. I think it is a bunch of white liberal patting themselves on the back for being so progressive by voting for someone like her.
