Not the judge. The US Attorney.

And it cannot be stated enough times that the US Attorney for ANY state MUST have the approval of at least one of the Senators of said state. In most cases, the names are selected from a list provided by the Senators of the state.

Since both Delaware Senators are liberal Democrats, Trump had a very limited list of prosecutors to choose from that would be able to obtain the required sign-off by Tom Carper and/or Chris Coons.

Weiss is most certainly NOT a conservative Republican. This is total gaslighting on the part of Margaret Brennan.

He's wrong just like every other goober Fox trots out. Corporate media isn't desperate in the least. They will create and fabricate the "truth" to be whatever they want it to be. So tired of these milk toast guys Fox keeps rolling out saying the walls are closing in, this is historic, etc

It Turley, Arroyo, Byron York, Gutfeld, et al were all trapped in a wet paper sack there's not enough manhood between them to fight their way out.

The fact that Turley believes and refers to it as corruption on air is something to me. Turley is on the left.

Biden and his family got rich selling access. The evidence is clear. His whole family is nothing but trash. Even Obama didn't stoop to this level.
