That's not in and of itself a terrible thing but it is a perspective that needs to be kept in mind. His goal is not to win, his goal is to damage DeSantis and to get a reward from Trump. It allows him to go pie in the sky and make wild promises because he knows he will never have to worry about delivering. I like new ideas and think he is a smart guy but he definitely has an agenda. He should be running for Senate or Governor and not President.infinity ag said:aggie93 said:No, he is a close friend of Kushner and met with Trump at MAL about a year before deciding to run.infinity ag said:Brittmoore Car Club said:Worst of all, he is a hardcore Trump supporter and close friend. And as we all know, Trump is an immoral, adulterous, fake Christian, lying jerkwad who is always attacking Desantis from the left. There is only one candidate worth voting for in this election. If he doesn't win the primary, burn it all down imo. Let the godless democrats have it...they will drive us closer and closer towards a hard reset/divorce.RebelE Infantry said:

Absolutely not.
In order for a true pendulum swing of national revival of some sorts to be initiated, we may have to reach much more dark and chaotic times I am afraid.
There is no evidence that he is a "hard core" Trump supporter and "close friend". Trump has NO friends. He only loves himself. We all know that.
You are just making stuff up because you likely dislike Vivek for other reasons.Buddies with Jared Kushner, which is interesting pic.twitter.com/lvny4zF3i2

You got better evidence than a twitter post quoting a document with no identification?
I don't know if Vivek is a "friend" of Trump or Kushner any more than you do. We are just picking clues that are convenient to us. Trump and Vivek are a generation apart, so I don't think they are friends. They may have met and had a conversation. Doesn't make him a friend. Even if he is a friend, then so what? What does "friend" actually mean to you?
Time will tell what happens as it looks like Trump will get the nom and has to pick a VP. Vivek says he won't be the VP so for that that's that. Will he change his mind? Maybe.
So you're taking a wanna-be politician (because he's yet to actually serve in any office) solely at his word (because he has no previous actions as a politician to judge by). That's certainly your perogative.
But if Trump wins the nomination and Vivek is selected as his VP or mentioned as a potential cabinet member by Trump, it'll simply be a matter of Vivek changing his mind at that time? There's no way it'll be proof of some sort of collaboration the whole time?
Again, totally your perogative to believe what you will. But you're saying you have 100% confidence that Ramaswamy is not playing at some kind of angle to ultimately help out Trump and get something in return.
No one knows what will happen, only time will tell. Let us see. I don't have any insider info and I don't think you have either. He may well change his mind but I don't think he will. Let us see.
