And the French (and Belgium) gov't have basically left these areas where they congregate and live become separate states within a state (no policing, etc) all in the name of not being racist or xenophobic. They have been referred to as "no go" zones by local French governmental and police authorities for years. Now the cage door has been opened. Here is a wikipedia description:

At least be truthful. It is always Muslims from 3rd world countries. Non Muslim immigrants from 3rd world countries mind their business, and work hard, and stay out of trouble.
