Yep. The reality is that this isn't even about the Bidens, they are just patsies anyway. Joe is gong to be sacrificed at some point if he doesn't die first and if he does die they will just be shocked at all of this terrible stuff he did that all of course ended with him. Hunter is scum but he's just a screwed up dude that doesn't really matter. This isn't to say they don't deserve justice, it's just that they are not the real problem here. The real problem is the Deep State and the folks who are pulling the strings for the Bidens. That's why we need someone like DeSantis with a real plan for reform that isn't based around just going after the Bidens but instead a broader reform of the system.

Yes but most federal crimes have a 5 year statute of limitations so the clock is running or has run. There is a six year SOL under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act related to bookkeeping and document falsification.
