Even the interpol chief has said it is a certainty the weapons are/will be on the black market from Ukraine. Almost a year ago. Even before Seymour Hersh documented what was happening.

As in, there were 4 million 'illegal' firearms (I prefer the term migrant fire arms or 'undocumented' or 'refugee' ones) vs. 1.2 million legal ones there before the war even started.
