So with all those losers out there that say 'Trump never got the ' you remember, I used to say, 'I will eliminate the debt.'

I'll say, 'What's gonna happen if they [Democrats] fight,' I say, 'The debt gets lower.' We all had a lot of fun. But I said, 'I will eliminate the debt.' Well, there was no legal instrument to do that.

This is a good differentiator between the campaigns. Trump loves to throw big parties like this at MAL for any projects his influencers are doing. They get invited and wined and dined. He pushes them on Truth and they all get paid. How many of these folks would walk away from Trump knowing he will cut them off from all of it even if they had a big disagreement with him?

Or maybe you just look at the flash and celebrity and think you like the TMZ style. I do know this is the type of thing DeSantis won't do and doesn't care about at all. He hated the cocktail party scene and always has done the bare minimum on parties and stuff like this. It probably hurts him.

Anyway, just realize when you see anyone in this that Trump is their meal ticket.

BTW, this is the type of thing the media would normally go nuts on and make Trump answer questions about it for days. My guess is that won't be the case though. I'm expecting it to be memory holed. For now.

No question there. However the real goal for Trump is to keep both Haley and DeSantis going to split the vote.
That's effectively how Trump won the nomination in 2016. All the other candidates kept splitting the Not Trump vote.

But, Trump kept getting enough delegates in each primary/caucus and those kept adding up.

I've always thought Casey would be DeSantis secret weapon to get the women's vote. Initially she was terrible but has gotten so much better giving speeches.

I mostly agree with this.

I think the difference maker in the general is going to be motivation; are people going to be fired up to vote for DeSantis DeSantis over Biden?
Both Trump and Biden are known quantities and desantis is not(at least on the national level).

But, one thing is clear: there can be little debate that, among other things, the President's pressure exerted on Vice President Pence to violate his oath, and the false hope it sent to emotionally charged supporters, was wrong, troubling, and impeachable.
Liz should be commended, not condemned, for standing up in defense of the Constitution and standing true to herself

He could have been a contender even in 2024 if the left kneecaps Trumps campaign. Should have stuck with the guy that took him to the dance. Got greedy, listening to wrong people. No chance in hell.

Look, we were told that Desantis would jump to the lead as soon as he announced but it didn't happen. Reason, he has no charisma, zero sense of awareness, and quite the bore. Trump is absolutely loved in rural America.
