We like to bag on other countries and call them "corrupt" and "evil"...their governments certainly are to a large degree...but I think that is only because we are beneficiaries of a superior form of government and system of economics. Taxation in order to seemingly give others something "free" is never a road to success.

As far as slavery, most of that is legalized and endorsed by the government. I already conceded that in my reference to China. The places where that crap occurs is not a democracy.

Stop and imagine how your life would be today without the 2nd amendment. It would be like Chicago everywhere with bands of criminals controlling small areas. Do they support removing breasts from young tomboys? That is just as bad, if not worse in a way. Virtually half of the country supports this.
