He got a bad conduct discharge and the domestic violence conviction was not reported to the FBI. That dude beat his wife and toddler, threatened his wife with a gun, made death threats against his chain of command and repeatedly tried to obtain guns during his disciplinary saga. As it turns out, "MS-13" actually means "MicroSoft 13" and it's actually a bunch of nerdy white supremacist coders behind the whole thing
The 2 AP reporters are stating it as fact. They claim anonymous Feds told them about the neo nazi links on social media. They do not say who told them about the patch.
No pictures of patch, no witnesses that said they saw the patch, and so far no LEO has said there was a patch.
