These trans folks are absolutely dominating a substantial number of publicly traded companies in every sense of the word.
Their strategy has been brilliant.
You talking some tenth of the population absolutely dominating.
Respect for that.

Nah. At this point they need to name their mistake and apologize. Hiding behind corporate image consultants performing damage control isn't enough.45-70Ag said:
If Anheuser-Busch came out with an ad campaign that totally ignored the trans freaks and went in a direction that totally pissed them off………they just gained a customer.

How do you **** up selling beer?
Honestly.
Very easily. Beer, especially in the light American style lager is easily replaceable with another brand. There just isn't an appreciable difference between BL, ML, or Coors. It's an easy switch for consumers.
Target... it fills a niche not replaced by any of their competitors. Light groceries, seasonal decor, a coffee
Dicks... again, it fills a niche. They are the place for spring goods and equipment.
Gillette... folks buy blades in 10 or 20 packs. If you replace once a week a10 pack is a 2 month supply. Long enough for A LOT of customers to forget. Their competition isn't another disposable brand, it's beards.
Beer... You open the cooler door one to the bay to the right of left. It's an immediate, for many customers a daily, purchase.

Damned if you do and damned if you don't, heh Bud. Now make the 0.1% happy.
AND next time hire a marketing staff that knows your customers.
Again, I don't see it as a boycott. I mean sure, some are specifically boycotting. But the vast majority just said no, buying a different product.Maroon Dawn said:
Admittedly they're in a super tough position now.
We laugh at DEI scores but what they're really threatening is to tell banks to cut off funding if they don't kiss the ring.
Meanwhile they aren't selling anything because conservatives are boycotting and leftist doesn't drink Bud Lite no matter how gay they make it

Boycotts typically require a demand to be met to end the boycott and allow purchasing and consumption behaviors to return to what they previously were. I don't see former Bud Light or AB consumers asking them for anything, much less demanding anything. It's just "bye Felicia".

The Human Rights Campaign is calling on Anheuser-Busch, the maker of Bud Light, to publicly reaffirm its support for the transgender community following weeks of right-wing pushback over the brewing company's recent partnership with transgender social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
In a letter sent this week to Anheuser-Busch's head of human resources, Jay Brown, a senior vice president at the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, slammed the company's response to the controversy as insufficient and cowardly.
"In this moment, it is absolutely critical for Anheuser-Busch to stand in solidarity with Dylan and the trans community," reads the April 26 letter obtained by The Hill.
"However, when faced with anti-LGBTQ+ and transphobic criticism, Anheuser-Busch's actions demonstrate a profound lack of fortitude in upholding its values of diversity, equity, and inclusion to employees, customers, shareholders and the LGBTQ+ community."
"This not only lends credence to hate-filled rhetoric, it exposes Anheuser-Busch to long-term business impacts with employees and customers increasingly looking for steadfast commitment to LGBTQ+ corporate citizenships," Brown wrote.Quote:
According to the HRC letter, the group is preparing to lower Anheuser-Busch's long-standing 100 percent Corporate Equality Index score, a national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits relevant to LGBTQ employees.
Brown in the letter requests that company executives meet with HRC leadership to discuss a number of recommendations, including that Anheuser-Busch releases a public statement "reaffirming its full support for its transgender customers, shareholders, and employees."
Anheuser-Busch has declined several meeting requests from HRC in the wake of right-wing pushback over its partnership with Mulvaney, according to an individual with knowledge of the situation. Anheuser-Busch did not immediately respond to The Hill's request for comment.
The letter also recommends that Anheuser-Busch meet with its LGBTQ employees to discuss and "understand their concerns" and conduct workplace transgender inclusion training for company executives.

This. This would be a like an actual aplogy by showing their base that they are willing to stand up against the alphabet community and that they are truly remorseful.KAF said:
AB could get all or most customers back if the publicly stood up and told HRC to go F themselves.
That is their way out of this mess.
Seeing "right wing" popping up everywhere, I wonder if there's a possibility the Leftist extortionists might be playing a risky game by continually labeling "normal" as "right wing." As in, more normal folks might start thinking of themselves as "right wing."Quote:

Is "fratty" code for "More Mexican than Modello?" But of course she couldn't say that. But if you read between the line, her goal was clearly to appeal to more white women, and thought trotting out a trans was the way to do that.Kenneth_2003 said:
I gotta say. Give credit where it's due
Ole girl said she wanted to change BL's "fratty" image. Mission accomplished there!
I haven't given them one cent since this debacle began. That idiotic statement they "crafted" just made them look worse. Makes me wonder how some of these people get to the position they are in.Maroon Dawn said:
Hopefully this has taught them something:
Your base not buying your beer DOES hurt you
But also that nobody in the group you were trying to appeal to is stepping in to replace them and buy your beer.
Lefty still drink their craft hipster IPA and PBR is the closest they come to drinking traditional lagers because of "irony" and they are not and will not drink Bud light
