I'm in favor of 150 personally but the reasonable standard is adulthood. Personally I think that adulthood should be 21 unless you serve in the military. and once t that age you have the rights and responsibilities of an adult (voting, drinking, many legal responsibilities, etc.) Unfortunately we have a weird dynamic culturally that you get some rights at 18 and others at 21, I think the 26th Amendment was terrible as very few 18 year olds are mature enough to vote. Still if it's 18 then make it 18 for everything. You are either an adult and responsible for yourself or not.
