Honestly not sure because he is all over the place. Probably less than a lot of Trumpers want and more than some would expect. A few agency people would be gone. Probably not very many though. Some political opponents would be "investigated" along with election fraud. But like his election fraud commission he launched in 2017, we would never hear anything else about it.

There would be a lot of interviews and yelling at the people that wronged him. Maybe some weird new economic measure like tariffs and subsidies to certain sectors.

The Conservative problem: "our" people self-select into careers where they aren't groomed for big government roles.

So, where do you find people who can do the work our way? Search regional American companies who get crushed by agency actions. Find folks in their leadership teams who are intimately familiar with the regulatory boot and rose to their role through competence. Extra points if they served as a Marine Corps officer or otherwise in military combat arms.

Find those men - strap a former Scalia clerk (or similar lawyer) to their hip - and set them loose on an agency.
