This is really simple to solve. All sports go to "open" and "female" categories. To compete as a female you must have been born a female. Everyone else is welcome to compete in the "open" division, including all females.

What I always notice is that trans athletes only tend to play sports where strength and physicality is an advantage (swimming, track, weightlifting). I never hear about gymnastics, softball, or any other sport more geared towards actual women. Quite the odd coincidence
