Pretty soon it will be the just place that some people did something- meanwhile let's educate you on all the wrongs of white people
that's exactly what they have done to Monticello

I am sure Mount Vernon will be next up.

Ugh, I hate to hear that. I've been wanting to visit Monticello for a long time. Jefferson is my favorite of the founding fathers.
You should go read about that. It's been infiltrated and overrun by progressive ideology.

It's disheartening.
I looked it up. Those fing *******s! I think I would just as soon they had torn it down than do what they did. That is just unbelievable. All this stuff to demonize him as a slave owner but I bet there is not one mention about the many times he fought as a lawyer to free individual slaves. He advocated for abolition. He drafted a Virginia law that prohibited importing new slaves to Virginia. He believed that slavery was a moral depravity and was contrary to the laws of nature. Of all the founding fathers they could have gone after they went after the one that was probably the most opposed to slavery. Un-freaking-believable! There goes my idea of visiting Monticello. I'm not contributing a dime to that crap.
