According to Meyer, Foster was laying on top of his rifle after he was shot. Meyer said he rolled Foster over on his back and started looking for wounds.

Witness on stand right now is Gregory Hano. He's an employee at McBride guns here in Austin. He testified protesters aimed green lasers at him. Hano also says a protester with a rifle 'muzzle waved' him. But it's not clear if that was Foster.

I get why the prosecution doesn't want him called. He will blow up their case. But how can the judge disallow such a critical witness for the defense?
I'm not sure. I'm also not sure it's true the judge is disallowing Fugitt. That's just what the guy at the case is implying.
