If I had to guess the kid that threw the knockout punch will be punished the most, the kid who hit the teacher was a good boy and dindu nuffin, and who knows about the kid that was losing.

She is in the white top. Red sweatshirt is fighting. She tries to intervene, and he lands a couple on her. She then leaves the screen until near the end.

A little peer pressure goes a long way. Hope red sweatshirt learns something, but probably not. Some men you just caint reach.

I hate the "oh look, a fight, I need to record it for TiK Tok instead of doing something about it" reaction that seems to be the current go to. At least on kid didn't think the phone cam is the highest form of intervention.

Okay, I'll ask. What would YOU have done in this situation?

Go in. Hopefully connect as well with one punch like this kid. Get laid after.

I'm not sure the other dude is going to submit that easy after just one punch like you are hoping.

Puts down his cell phone AND stands up.

Sadly even though he was acting to diffuse and end the situation, he will probably wind up in trouble too due to zero-tolerance policies for fighting.

I laughed when he says "He just hit you, that's not cool."

And she responds "No, it's really not cool."

Good for him for sticking up for his teacher. Give that kid an "A" the rest of the semester.

If two guys are in a fair fight, the best thing to do is let them fight it out.

Then punish the guy that started it.

Zero tolerance policies enable bullies and discourages otherwise good kids who are rule followers from defending themselves.

It sets bullies up for failure later in life because in the real world the instigator goes to jail while the person defending themselves gets to sue. However Soros DA's are trying to fix this so that victims have to allow themselves to be victimized or get prosecuted. Disgusting. You can thank leftist ideology for this bull*****

It sets good kids up for failure because they begin to think standing up for yourself is wrong and that it's better to be a victim.

It's there to encourage overreliance on the state and discouraged personal initiative and to create a population that is easy to control

This. Sadly that boy will probably get in trouble for defending the teacher and stopping the fight.

There's nothing more frightening to a controlling liberal than a strong articulate black alpha male.

Like the plantation masters of old... the democrats must keep black men dependent and feeling powerless via replacing fathers with social programs that allow the government to be the "man" in the family, abortion killing off black babies, drugs, crime, and mostly organizations like BLM who fill men with hate. It's all designed to keep black men enslaved.

He's an Alpha and just found it. Hopefully the other kid gets his ass in line after getting dominated physically and verbally, and gets his s together.

Yep.

We all learned quite a bit about ourselves in high school. That kid had a hell of a moment right there.
Assuming that's his first such fight, he will never be the same, regardless. Hopefully he remembers that he was doing a noble and valiant thing and how good it felt to do the right thing and only harnesses his aggression for good going fwd. The black community, especially, could use all the sheep dogs it can get.

I'm an AP. Kid in red is gone from campus (likely assault), kid in black is too. Defender gets a handshake and a "well done" if I had a say in it.

Kudos to that kid.
didn't hear what he said after his hit (so if he was inappropriate, my apologies,) but that was a proper display of masculinity.

see a woman get hit, knock that fool out, let the other two play it out, pull off the other fighter, and separate them.

ETA: he used some unnecessary profanity, but was in the name of protecting the teacher.

This is part of the problem, along with zero tolerance and the general disdain for critical thinking in school administration across the board.

Not everything needs to end up with police involvement. Kids fight, they always have and always will. Especially in what looks to be early high school or potentially junior high. You don't solve problems by making everythign a criminal act and everybody a criminal as a result.

No issue with sending the kid in red off campus - hell, I'd expel him for hitting the teacher without a doubt. Depending on circumstances that we don't know, outside chance of actual criminal charges. (Honestly it looked to me like the kid in red didn't know what he was hitting because his hood was pulled over his head when he hit the teacher). Kid in black would be in ISS and doing air raids at most. Other kid that put a stop to it wouldn't get a thing, and a little leeway if he got in trouble on something else down the road.

Criminal charges need to be reserved for when actual criminal acts are done - when a kid is sent to the hospital because the thugs that jumped him thought kicking his head after he was clearly down was funny or similar. But not for a run of the mill fight between adolescent boys, which is a primal DNA feature you aren't getting rid of anytime soon.

Hitting the teacher is what I would classify as assault. Not the fight.

If the teacher wants to press charges, it's assault. That's not disdain for critical thinking, that is the law. The fight would be DAEP for both fighters, but what escalates it for red kid is the hit on the teacher, whether intentional or not.

It seemed like the kid that hit the teacher did so on accident - still - I like that he got what he deserved.

Part of me suspects he just really wanted to hit that kid, but was quick-witted enough to frame it as protecting the teacher.

If he walked up and smoked her, 100% agree.

But i also know that when you ty to break up a fight, you are highly likely to take a punch - that is from experience.

Kid in the red is odds on one that needed to go before this, i just am not sure he saw anything with his hoodie pulled up like that and wouldnt thow criminal charges based on that action alone. Schools make everythng a criminal act and it doesn solve problems, i fact it tends to create future ones.

Kids need discipline in most cases like this over handcuffs.*

*Prior history would change my opinion on the kid, but i dont know that history
