There was video showing Rittenhouse being chased and assaulted before BRCC made their statement.

I've never bought there coffee, so I can't comment on the quality. But the guys that started the company seem like d-bags.

Black Rifle Coffee Co. should rename to Bait and Switch Coffee Co. They market themselves one way, then use the $$$ they make with said marketing against those they made the money from.

They're building stand-alone coffee shops right and left now.
It's no longer just a mail order coffee company.

Never had any of their coffee. Agree they burned a lot of goodwill with the 2A crowd when they spouted off on the Rittenhouse case. My gut says they're vets who are first and foremost in the "thank me for my service" crowd.

I did.

They had no reason to even make a statement about Rittenhouse when they did it. He just was wearing one of their shirts.
They chose to jump in that pool for no reason.

There are more genuine coffee companies out there that support veterans and other good causes.

Fire Department Coffee (firefighter and veteran charities)

Blackout Coffee

Victory Coffee (Texas based)

All of those make better coffee than Black Rifle.

I've never bought anything from them, but think they had good marketing for a while. I have been drinking HEB coffee for a bit now, which is also a woke company (or at least run by driveling leftists) in Texas as well, but whatever, at least they don't pretend to be conservative politically.

I just don't want to worry about my coffee pissing me off politically in the morning. I prefer it cheap, hot and black...

I buy HEB Donut Shop. Not a big coffee fan but it helps me get started in the morning and my cardiologist claims that multiple studies have shown a link between men who drink a couple of cups of black coffee a day and "improved blood flow".

I bought BRCC a few times years ago, mainly because Matt Best was associated with it and I thought his hot chicks, 'Murica, and guns schtick was funny. Didn't invest enough energy to get to the bottom of the controversies with them in recent years but read enough credible stuff to sway me away from buying their products.

Roast your own coffee. You can get a decent setup and green coffee beans for ~$200.

And they don't pay their bills.

My neighbor had a legit setup for a while. They would roast coffee and his girls sold it to save up for college. Probably the best coffee I've ever had. I've been tempted to do my own.

Do you have a roaster you recommend? And a place to get green coffee beans?

Sweet Maria's is where I get all my beans from (as well as the roaster). I got the smaller fresh roast and if I could go back in time I'd get the bigger one from the start. Mine's held up for a few years now but will probably crap out soonish. I'll just get the bigger one when it does.


If anybody knows of similar outfit based in Texas that would be great.

Its really not difficult. You dump the coffee into the roaster, set the timer, and walk away for the most part. Its a hell of a lot better tasting than anything you'll find at HEB and cheaper than buying decent stuff from a coffee shop.

I get it though, its kinda hipstery for a lot of people. Better than giving NeoCon grifters money though.

Black Rifle is the epitome of the Bro-Vet culture. They annoy my veteran friends for that reason.
