I have less fear of a cataclysmic event or the fall of the US into uncentralized anarchy. I feel if I'm still alive I may have a glimmer of still being free even if life is not convenient or hard.

It scares the hell out of me to think about be ruled and controlled by men, especially those I disagree with and I have no recourse against.

I'd rather live a short painful difficult life free.
