It would have been 4th down, and likely a FG with about 1:40 left, and the Eagles with a timeout remaining. The Eagles weren't guaranteed to tie it, but they did have a 90 second drive to kick a FG at the end of the first half.

Whether the Chiefs go on to win or not doesn't matter. We watched one of the best Super Bowl games ever, coming down to the wire, and a bad call ruined it. This one could have been an all time great, and it goes down as a flop instead.
