It's based on a true story.
Yes, where Pablo Eskobear found the cocaine, consumed it and died without further incident.

Although it was stuffed (regular no longer with cocaine) and later owned by Waylon Jennings.
Have yet to see the movie but the whole story is pretty wild. Actually inspired the story line for season 4 (I think) of Justified. Someone will need to fact check which season it was...

If you think I am a liberal, you are incorrect. Assume sarcasm on my part. Sorry if something I post has already been posted. Just the way it is!!

It's an R rated movie?
The is a bit off tanget from your remark, but the other day I watched Better Off Dead (before Cusack became a loon) and didn't remember it as well as I thought, but probably haven't seen it since about the time in came out.

It certainly had all the 80s stuff, bad synthesizer music and bawdy humor but given the movie is about him trying to off himself several times and every stereotype of creeps, and ditzes and stuff I kept thinking how the liberals and some conservatives today would lose their **** over that movie now. Think it was only PG at the time.

It really wasn't as funny as I remembered, but the "I want my two dollars" still makes me laugh.

Sixteen Candles is still my favorite teen movie of the 80s. I was about 17 when it came out but it still holds up today even though people like the star of the movie, Molly Ringwald even complain about it.

It was a different time! Get over yourselves.

Humor is so PC today in many cases it's just silly. Most Liberals and Conservatives used to be able to laugh about it and the ones who couldn't wouldn't see something like that anyway

Can't imagine what Porky's would do to GenZ now. They're offended by Seinfeld and Friends.
