Who rounded them up in Africa? Slavery is a human institution that once recently was addressed as a human rights issue and was led primarily by the United States.

Tax Iraq, Afghanistan, Mexico and Iran.

All black people who can prove heritage before 1865 get a check.
After 51% of the checks are cashed, then Affirmative Action, Quotas, Racial Preferences, HUB status, etc all go away.
You have been made whole and these programs are no longer needed.

The real game here is to keep floating these outrageous ideas and numbers. Then when they try to pass anything around a few hundred billion, every talking head will start talking about what a great compromise it is.

F all of this discussion. We should just set up a fund for one-way tickets back to wherever people think they have a better opportunity. Take the ticket and give up your citizenship. Buh bye

Any and all forms of welfare must be forgone forevermore as a condition of reparations, for you, your family and your descendants. And you, your family and your descendants must never again be a beneficiary of racial quotas or preferences, affirmative action or anything else along this line, including race based student loans, pell grants, admissions, etc.

This should totally fix everything.
