It isn't control.

It is about identification.

But you know that.
I know cis women who aren't even giving this info to their doctors at Obgyn due to all the craziness with GOP so I don't think you are 100% correct on this one.

Blue states are also authoritarian. They forced women to stay home, close their businesses, get medical procedures, perform gender surgeries in children, etc.

Best bet is libertarianism or political independence if you care about freedom. If you think blue states arent going to control your life, whether you are male or female, you are in for a major shock. The blue/red binary and political monopoly is the problem.

No..it's not. It has nothing to do with trans athletes, and demanding to know, short of forced examinations, isn't going to stop or out trans athletes.... unless you're going to start accusing girls on BC that stops periods, or girls who miss periods.

What's far more likely is pregnancy monitoring, and moral crusaders wanting the info. It will lead to other controls, and is simply a means to push the boundaries...

Just like many of the lefts litmus tests over the years, it will go to the Supreme court as a test to see how far privacy can be invaded.

This makes no sense. You can't monitor if someone is pregnant by one question on a physical form.

It's so the doctor can't track a possible pregnancy/miscarriage, then report the patient to the government as possibly having an abortion. Stems from the $10,000 bounty law.

It's stupid, but it's also being driven by left and right media. When stst legislatures start talking about BSC things like reimplanting tubal pregnancies, and prosecuting women for murder that terminate them in other states, people freak out a bit...

No, you can't. What you can do is work towards establishing precedent for more and more invasive questions and exams being permissible. Targeting youth, who are less likely to lie for fear of repercussions, is also at play.

No school needs to know about menstruation, period.

ETA: you also can't tell if someone is trans from a single question on a form, yet loom at the justification being given at the start of the thread.

Or perhaps if a young athlete has missed 2 or 3 in a row and might be pregnant the school can't be sued for a miscarriage due to athletics.
