Ben Crump, the nationally renowned civil rights attorney representing Nichols' family, said the officers "must also be held accountable" in Tyre's death.

Any criminal charges which may or may not come as a result of what the Memphis Police Department described as "confrontations" between those officers and Nichols would be announced at a later time.

Nichols was originally pulled over by Memphis Police on Jan. 7, 2023, for reckless driving, the Memphis Police Department said.

Officers said that Nichols ran, leading to the two confrontations between those officers and Nichols and eventually his arrest in which those Memphis Police officers showed "use of force", according to the Memphis Police Department.

Since Crump is involved, we know it will be played up for all its worth from the racial angle. Will be interesting to see how he does it since all 5 officers are black.

Body cam footage was to be released today, but was put off until Monday. Some rumors say it is so they can mobilize the national guard because the video is expected to be very bad.

He'll probably just say they're white. 50% of the country will believe it, especially black people. If something isn't true, all the leftists have to do is pretend it is true, and the media and half the country will either believe it or pretend along with them.

Alright, you've identified that the issue with police brutality is a lack of adequate training. A few questions for you:

- What training did these officers receive and why was it inadequate?
- What training do they need to receive to avoid this kind of outcome?

My understanding is the video hasn't come out yet. According to a couple people I know in Memphis, local talk radio show hosted by a former Memphis PD officer who still has contacts is saying this vid will make Rodney King look like a picnic.

Still the fact that the cops were black I think might mitigate this blowing up into a major summer of 2020 thing but who knows these days
