Ok.
Eat steak and lose weight?
Drugs can help, but they cannot do it all.
It is like the people that take statins so they can maintain their Whataburger habit with a Bill Miller's chaser.
Fat storage is all about insulin, calories in and out mean nothing. Eat low carb and your liver will not store fat, it will use the sugars for energy instead of storing it as fat. It's simple.
Sucrose, Fructose, Glucose it all raises your insulin levels, then if you dont burn it your liver has to do something with it, and if you have i
nsulin resistance then it stores it as fat (especially around the middle gut area). Sugar is also what causes Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver disease, not fat.
Your body does not store fat as fat, it goes out as waste if its not used, SUGAR is what the liver and pancreas have to deal with.
Also, Diet drinks cause your pancreas to dump insulin when the "diet" drink hits your tongue, because your pancreas only knows something "sweet" is coming and starts insulin production. Thus in fat people who drink diet soda Insulin Resistance gets worse and they don't lose weight.
