Just being honest, she really had zero reason to fire that shot, in a shopping center, and the guy ran away not toward her. Glad he was caught. But when they're running away you shouldn't shoot over a purse he didn't even have. I own guns and would defend my family or anyone in heartbeat, that was a bad shoot.

It's Texas, so she was within her legal rights to use lethal force to protect property that she had reason to believe was imminently being stolen or the perpetrator escaping.

I'm not saying I'd have taken the shot, but it was a legal.

How old is this video? I could have sworn I drove by there a couple times lately and the round bank is no longer the round bank. I thought they had torn it down and it's modernized now.

I hate criminals and liberal DAs and their soft on crime sentencing. That's why crimes like this are escalating. Don't want to get shot? Don't live a criminal lifestyle.
