Quotes from the article:

Quote:

Imagine white security guards trying to kick out a black man for wearing a BLM or Islamic shirt:

Yeah, this actually happened.

We are in a "negative world" where Christians are looked down upon for stating the super basic things they have believed for thousands of years.

In 2023, saying "Jesus Saves" will get Paul Blart to kick you out of the mall.

If wearing that shirt is soliciting, what is wearing a "pride" shirt?

But he could dress like a woman and teach story hour about being gay to kindergarten students.

What we've allowed to happen to this country is sick.

If he got booted strictly for wearing that shirt, that is a very bad look for MoA. It wasn't mentioned (only that there were complaints), but I wonder if he was prosthelytizing in peoples personal space. Thinking of the campus preachers or the old loonies in the airports (for us old folk). Can't see people complaining solely about a tshirt (especially that one) in middle America..but insane if that's the case

The liberal progressive gradualism creeps along slowly to avoid detection, untill it eventually reaches a point of volatility - see 2020 riots, or outdated statements like "We just want to get married."

Definition 1) Creep: move slowly and carefully in order to avoid being heard or noticed.

Definition 2) gradualism: a policy of gradual reform rather than sudden change or revolution.
Anyone who chooses to ride a bicycle in the street is a threat to themselves, and others. If a vehicle strikes you accidentally, YOU are at fault; and the laws of physics supercede all else when you're in the path of a 2 ton killing machine. Know your place, stay off the road.

It depends.

I have a high school friend and his wife who grew up in Austin and drank the blue state Kool Aid. They left Austin last summer and moved to a county adjacent to Minneapolis. I looked it up, and it is 94% white. Diversity.

Did you listen to the whole video? He didn't say anything to anyone. Just wore the shirt.

Their right to make him remove it but it's setting a really bad precedent.

48-hour rule. I'm extremely skeptical someone was kicked out of a mall simply for a "Jesus saves" shirt.

Probably no more skeptical than I am about men pissing in a women's restroom or transgenderism in "children" or natural gas bans in NYC... but this is where we are.

Read the back of the guy's shirt. It's not just "Jesus Saves". 99% sure this guy was being a jackass in the mall.

Did you listen to the video? He specifically said he was kicked out previously for preaching, but today he hasn't spoke to anyone. They said his shirt was soliciting and he had to remove it or leave.

So what is there to be skeptical about?

The question I now pose to you, what is your stance knowing he was given the option to leave or remove the shirt solely based on the shirt?

No surprise there liberals don't like living amongst minorities they just like to make people believe they do by virtue signaling on Facebook and other forms of social media liberals are actually very disgusted by minorities

If you haven't read Aaron Renn's article outlining the idea of a positive-neutral-negative world for Christians in relation to modern society you should- it is an excellent read

The back of that shirt is pretty funny.

"Coexist" spelled with other religions' religious symbols with a slash through it. I can see how religious folks of other persuasions might be offended.

I think it's no big deal, and he shouldn't have been asked to leave/change, but then again I'm an agnostic CM who doesn't care if South Park or Charlie Hebdo make cartoons of the Prophet, Jesus, or any other topic/subject.

Could be if he had caused problems in the past, he had a criminal trespass warning and they were doing him a favor by asking him to leave rather the calling the police.

That said, if there was no CTW and he wasn't doing anything else, then asking him to leave because his shirt triggered some snowflake, was complete BS.

Ditto, seem's a bit suspect. Waiting for Paul Harvey to tell us "The rest of the story"

Edit to say that as stupid as society has gotten in the last several years, I wouldn't doubt this is exactly what happened.

From my decades of observation, people with this t-shirt or bumper sticker tend to be the most toxic, miserable, and intolerant people that have ever existed.

Same. While nothing the rabid woke left does today surprises me. BUT, I have a hard time believing there is not more going on here.
