Basketball (and the NBA in particular) was hilarious. They all wore masks and sat 6' apart on the sidelines but sweated on and rubbed against each other in the game.
When the AAC was at 25% capacity, I took a customer to a game. We were the only ones in our section and we had a dedicated usher who would stand at the bottom of the section and hand out yellow and red cards for mask violations. I had an usher come up and tell me to put my mask on in between bites of popcorn. Some dude in a section over got booted for his mask not covering his nose after receiving his first yellow card. Absolute clown world.
Our county instituted a curfew for those under a certain age, lol. I guess they thought that the virus came out only at night and only for those below that age (18 or 21, as I recall). It had lots of loopholes. If you were going to and from work it was ok, if you were buying groceries, getting gas, etc. you were "allowed" to be out. Just stupidity at every turn.
