How are "Jews stick together" and "Jews like to hire their own" categorized as anti-Jewish? Those are foundational in-group behaviors. Same as any other tribal preference. You could say the same for Baptists, Native Hawaiians, or the Dutch.

Being literate to reality isn't bigotry.
That was my first thought. Tom Cruise likes to hire other Scientologists. Tyler Perry likes to hire other blacks. Who cares that Jews give preference to other Jews?

There is a lawsuit in front of the SCOTUS about racial preferences but it could go further. White Christian males took a bigger hit than the named plaintiffs (Asian students).

Want to guess which group didn't and their percent of enrollment actually went up?

Want to look up who the head of admissions are at 7 of the 8 Ivy League schools ? Look up their chancellors and presidents over the last 40 years.

Yes I know Jews were persecuted in the past, are incredibly hard-working and smart (The Bell Curve), but they still make up only 2.5% of the population and I can't believe that the percentage of smart white Christian males has plummeted proportionally. And what about conservative white Christian males? This was covered in detail on other boards like Tiger Droppings.

You know I'm gonna have Kyrie send out the link without comment.

A stat I would love to see for those admitted to Harvard/Ivy League schools among whites:

How many are admitted who are not one of the following:

Legacy/Politically connected
Athlete
Jewish

Essentially if you are just a regular white person without any of those 3 characteristics your odds of admission are extremely low, much lower than Asians. At least that has been my experience but I don't know how to access that data. In the end this is what is destroying those institutions btw. If you talk to recruiters and hiring managers they will often prefer the kid from a strong state school vs Ivy or exclusive private schools. Also if you do find a white person that went to an Ivy that didn't have one of those 3 qualifiers they are likely very, very smart.

As for the OP a lot of this goes back to Jewish culture that promotes Jews living in close proximity (this goes back to Jews being required to walk to Temple on the Sabbath for one thing), Jews being predominant in some industries traditionally that were frowned upon by Christians and Muslims (Finance and Entertainment both had negative religious connotations because of Usury and Actors being associated with immorality and not seen as an honorable profession). Thus Jews often filled that gap historically and it reinforced those negative biases.

BTW this isn't something unique to Jews at all. For instance Mormons also definitely prefer working with other Mormons in business. People of similar values tend to be more trusting of each other and work together, it's human nature.

Natalie Portman's Jewish.

I think she's pretty. Does that make it a trope?
