The Woodlands is only 30 miles from Plum Grove to the East. It is currently the largest Colonia in the US and will be the largest suburb of Houston in 10 years or less. Rapidly growing in all directions each year.

I was going to post basically the same thing about the area you are speaking about. If I lived anywhere remotely near Plum Grove or Cleveland, I would be moving soon. It is going to be a huge cesspool like nothing ever before seen in Texas.

It already is. And with the new grand parkway going thru there now, lots more acreage to be developed.

Should have went over to El Mercado Caye(Market Street). Everyone there speaking Spanish and playing soccer in the fake grass.
