Ehhh. I would like to politely, but firmly disagree. I don't play ends justify the means on this. I would love to see more people read their bibles, but just buy the one without the american flag+governing docs on/in it. The bible is a bound collection of authoritative scriptures. Putting something else in there that isn't related to the authority of God is to try to ape off of the authority of God and have them seen as rubbing off one another.

I feel the same way about flag displays inside churches, 'Pro America' sundays that have tons of flags out, or politicalization of the church body.

There's a lot that is special about America and its rights compared to the rest of the world. But all nations crumble and are corrupted at the hands of men. We're not supposed to venerate or worship the country we live in. If we did a good enough job all living out like Christ wanted, there wouldn't even need to be a worldly government.
