This is the same school where the political activists came from to give Glenn Youngkin his victory. I'm sure the "mama bears" will be out on this soon.
My husband went to this HS before he came to A&M. It was once a rigorous school. The mama bears showed the academics have been declining at Jefferson in senate hearings because of this equal outcomes agenda.
If you and your husband are both CO '90 he would have been one of the 1st Graduating classes, TJ didn't become STEM until 1985. FFX CO in 1985 was still a Republican stronghold.
I don't think TJ parents were as responsible (TJ is a small community) as much as LOU CO School Board and System and the rape of a girl by "transgender" in a HS bathroom were. LOU Co is still purple, Fairfax is deep blue now.
He graduated HS in 86 and ended up in the Corps at A&M. We are both '90.
I do remember the rape story from the news, but I was thinking of Asra Namani (I had to look her name up).
I did not graduate from TJ (I'm from Texas), but when I went to VA to meet my husband's parents, I do remember Fairfax being republican and a conservative area. I'm thankful a VA kid ended up at A&M though.
