I went there yesterday to check it out. Mostly they reduce human interaction. There are still employees there but they look like factory workers on an assembly line. No one really engages customers except to hand them their bag should they walk in to order from a kiosk. And they don't really make it easy to walk inlimited parking that is hard to maneuver, no place to sit and wait, etc. They really want you to drive through.

For those that drive through there is zero contact with humans. The last person on the assembly line, once your order is compiled, places the order on a conveyor belt that then opens a small door and extends toward your car.

What they've done is focus everything on the food. There is no dining room to clean and secure. No playground to clean and maintain, and nothing to encourage (or allow) you to linger. Nothing available to you for self-service except to order and pay. In other words no self-serve drink dispensers or urns. No napkin or condiment shelfs.
