It's almost like you've all realized that there's no sound political argument to be made here, so you just crawl
In your warm self righteous ditch

We're not judging you. We're just saying our religious belief says it is a sin. We still love you as a person because we are all sinners who need to be saved by Jesus Christ so that maybe one day as he said, we can "sin no more."

Blah blah blah.

I don't need that kind of love and never asked for it. Nobody gay wants it. Get off your high horse and put your focus on forgiving the people in your church fondling kids.

Oh, you need it. Not our concern what you asked for or what you want; it isn't your choice. Your defensive reaction to people pointing out that your lifestyle choice is in fact sinful is typical, and makes it evident that you know it's wrong too.

I know it's a Christian line to say things like "hate the sin, love the sinner", but you're judging with these posts - nobody thinks you aren't.

I don't give 2 ****s what the people on this site think of me, I have my relationship with God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit first, then wife, then family.

If y'all want to argue Christianity then I'm happy to, but if you don't believe in Christianity, why do you care what Christ thinks?
I don't care what you are or believe either, but you don't see me legislating against you or posting the nonsense you are here about how sinful something is. That's the DIFFERENCE.

Have a blessed day, no judgment here. If anything, I support 100% your right to believe in whatever version of god you were born into or follow today - just quit trying to legislate things that don't harm anyone.

We are going to legislate you back into the bathhouses, rest stops, and shadowy margins of society, or die trying.

What a hateful person. Just pathetic levels
Of anger and hate.

When you grow up you'll realize this is actually better for you as well.

You have extremely hitler like views on right and wrong,
And you are convinced that your way is the only righteous path.

It takes a certain high level of narcissism to truly believe that your way is the only way. You don't want people to be different than you, and you probably admonish them for enjoying their lives when you are a pretty miserable person yourself.

Not so different from megalomaniacs throughout human history.

Hitler, or any normal dude from like 20 years ago. And save me the moral relativism drivel. If you refuse to take a stand on right or wrong there is nothing off-limits, no activity or behavior too heinous.

You know nothing about my life. I have been married over a decade to the same woman and have several kids and successful businesses, I absolutely adore life. I know your personal life is much different. Don't throw stones when you don't know what you're talking about. You were on here just a few years ago waxing suicidal about being dumped. Again, we don't need to bring this stuff up, but for some reason you find it absolutely necessary to cast aspersions on things you literally know nothing about.

The amazing hypocrisy of you getting offended at someone looking at you when your entire existence on here exists to judge those different than yourself.

I don't buy anything you're saying. If you were happy you'd say things like an actual Christian, not some unhinged dude that wants to murder drag queens.

Do you have any idea how often people could say the exact same thing about you? You take ZERO time to actually get to know a gay person and their perspectives. None. Every testimony given on here by a gay person is written off by you as a lie because it doesn't fit the demons you've created in your head.

To be so completely oblivious of your own views…. Oh I guess it's okay bc in your mind you're righteous, right?

Hitler, genghis khan, paul pot, they all thought they were righteous too.

Actually Pol Pot dude, figured I'd let you know since you're just throwing darts at random historical figures? Genghis Khan? Seriously? A 13th century steppe warlord? You're emotional and huffy and not making sense. Hinge yourself.

Sell me on homosexuality and I will sell you on the nuclear family. I don't know many gay people, I don't wish to know them to be honest. What I know of them is that my church considers them intrinsically disordered, they were not able to stop having unprotected sex even thought they knew how dangerous it was, they're multiple times more likely to abuse children, theyre more promiscuous on average than straights, and they managed to create a super bug called MonkeyPox recently.

The nuclear family is biologically and socially ordered, has many great benefits leading to lower rates of incarceration, higher average income, and lower rates of government program usage than any other arrangement.
Those aren't the two alternatives. Where do you suppose gay men fit in your POV, like the one in OP? I trust you're aware people like Baller and I almost universally have straight parents, right?

This commentary on gay people being multiple times more likely to be pedophiles is probably the worst. Men also multiple times more likely to be rapists, doesn't make men rapists. What an ass you are.

Yes I'm aware gay people have straight parents, you know, due to biology.

I have posted the peer reviewed psychological and sociological studies numerous times that show that on a per capita basis, homosexual men are much more likely to abuse children than heterosexual. Yes, men are much more likely to rape women than women are, why would that offend me? That's empirical?
My post doesn't argue on the validity of men in society, yours certainly does re: gay men. Big difference.

Yes, society was a much better place, in my opinion, when it discriminated against gay behavior, whether done by a heterosexual or homosexual.
Yes, that's clear. I think characterizing gay men as pedophiles to further that argument is intellectually dishonest. It's obscene and if it was a generalization about any other group in that vein it would not be allowed here - neither is appropriate in real world. Full stop.

Gay men are much more likely to be pedophiles than straights, in a per capita basis

Not true. But keep using your biased studies from the early 2000's to support your homophobia.

Im sorry that you don't like the studies I posted. I pulled one from the Biden administrations Office of Justice Programs website, a division of the DOJ.

If it were true, that homosexuals abused children at rates greater than heterosexuals, would that be a reason to discriminate against them or no?

You have no idea what you're talking about. Shouldn't you be with your wife and kids being happy instead of obsessing about gay people? What riles you uo so much about it?

Why don't you put a fraction of that energy into the abuse of little girls at church? For whatever reason you're obsessed with gay people.

I don't even know why I talk to you. What kind of nut job thinks drag queens should be put to death for reading a book about diversity?

Your posts are so stupid. Always executed in such a poor fashion they make your level of intelligence evident. It's like reading a story written by a 1st grader.

Homosexuality is a sin against God.

End of story.
Romans 1-18:32

God's Wrath Against Sinful Humanity

18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualitieshis eternal power and divine naturehave been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles.
24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creatorwho is forever praised. Amen.
26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.
28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. 29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. 32 Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.

I don't know about AG's beliefs and values. But, I DO know that while in NO WAY agree with sexuality/lifestyles bring part of children's educational curriculum, I would ABSOLUTELY support a friend/family member in the same situation. Love IS love when it comes to my loved ones.
As a Christian, marriage is seen as a holy covenant. It is a methaphor of Christ's relationship with the church here on earth. For this reason, Marriage is supposed to be for life. As God created the institution of marriage, He gets to define it. Therefore, because He defined it as one woman and one man (and yes, I'm aware there are instances of polygamy in the Bible but this does not mean it is approved by God) as evidenced in Matthew 19:4-6 where Christ references Genesis 1:27 and Genesis 2:23-24. As a Christian, this would be celebrating an unbiblical marriage. For non-Christians, it is seen as no big deal but for a person who works to follow Christ, this would be a no-go.

And this is why the government including counties and parishes that issue "marriage" licenses should be out of anything to do with biblically-based relationships.

As a Christian I believe homosexuality is a sin. But we all sin in the eyes of God. Jesus said "love God & love your neighbor". He didn't say "love your neighbor unless they sin". I choose to love people in spite of our sins. This doesn't mean I would ever promote someone's sins or give them a trophy because of it but I'm also not here to judge others. To me that's between the individual and God.
