Uh, Bolton talks about Republican primary voters and what Republican candidates need to do, and how to avoid splintering the primary vote. He's talking about the primary.

Is this like with Trump where we ignore what he says and contort ourselves to explain what he really means?

Bolton did not offer a definitive timeline.

"I'm prepared to get in the race," he said.
