He's saying because of massive fraud the rules, including constitution. should be terminated and either he should be declared winner or revote
First, let's assume there is proof of massive voter fraud that is undeniable. What then is the remedy besides ranting about it?
Produce that proof before the electors vote and convince them to vote differently. That's it.
Rarely agree with you but that is mostly accurate. Jan 6th should have proceeded uninterrupted with the cases for fraud in multiple states presented and then voted on in each House of Congress. In the event the Senate and the House could not agree on enough electors to get to 270, go to the 12th Amendment for a contingent election.
Short of that, impeachment and removal from office is the only remedy.
Based upon the option outlined above, it makes sense that those who wanted to consolidate power with Biden as the puppet would set up a false flag riot that appeared to be from Trump followers in order to stop the process.
It also makes sense that they focus on claiming it was an insurrection rather than a protest to divert attention from their treasonous actions.
The whole 2020 election fiasco is an embarrassment to this great country. The actors really didn't do a good job of hiding their actions. It's just that too many Americans don't care about politics or are too Orange Man Bad brainwashed to notice.
From the higher altitude view, as much angst as it causes, the event actually is common in major nations. We just had all these special conceits we grew up with. America has probably had its second secession crisis (Mark Levin has talked about the one before in the 19th that was the precedent Ted Cruz was trying to reference) and by definition those are outside the written law. If there was a smooth remedy it wouldn't be a crisis. America now in very high probability has its first `usurping' government -- a product of a "palace coup" and internal forced change. Rome, Byzantium, Persia, Britain, France, Russia --- they have all had these, and their systems went on -- but only after some turmoil and in some cases removal of those involved by later parties.
We have a probably illegitimate regime in power, and this doesn't surprise because what there is no doubt of at all is it is anti-American independence, strength, and overall good economic health.
Secession crisis are periods of discontinuity -- those will do best who do not think in straight-laced terms.
