Lawyers take time, and I imagine some very smart and very expensive ones for Elon, Matt Taibbi and any others involved are working around the clock.

Depending on the source of materials, it's quite possible that some information is based on leaked or unauthorized materials. Could also potentially include classified docs received from an alphabet agency. I would suspect that is a primary reason Taibbi was used versus Elon posting it himself.

Pure speculation on my party, I obvious do not know how the mind of Elon operates. Just happen to really like what is coming out of that mind these days.

Totally anecdotal, but we have multiple people in our social circle, who never discuss politics, bring this story up.

Take it back to whomever pays you to post here that, unfortunately for you and the party, it's looking to be less of a fizzle and more of a sizzle at this point.
