They won't have any actual proof, and there is no way to remove Alito. The House won't vote to impeach, and the Senate would not have the votes for removal.

This is about giving the Democrats something to screech about for the next few months, call to pack the Court, and demand he resign.

I still think it was Roberts. He was trying to pressure kavanaugh or possibly….Gorsuch? to not outright overturn Roe. He's unassailable and can get away with it.

He also grudgingly concurred in the judgment so that he could pick who writes the majority opinion instead of Thomas (who would have wrote it himself and made Alito's majority seem like a Swedish massage to leftists).

Not sure if true. Just my two cents.

Interesting article, but not much meat on that bone. Leaves one with a "meh" feeling on the veracity.

Sam Alito denies it; Gayle Wright denies it (the one that Alito allegedly told). Best guess is Wright was blustering a bit years ago and Schenck ran with it to increase donations.

As for this Schenck character, how does one go from leader of a Pro-Life movement to being pro-abortion? That is a conversion one doesn't normally see outside of running for office as a Democrat years ago. Either he got neutered by a woman or by Satan. Maybe both?
